Whether you are traveling alone, as a couple or even as a family our peaceful guest house is ready for your stay. The house, located in the backyard of our main residence, is approx 600 sqft with a bedroom, living room and a full kitchen with a small fridge. The area is fully fenced in for privacy along with a patio and furniture. We are less than 10 minutes from SH 288, 45 min from the beaches, 30 min from Texas Medical Center, 15 min from Pearland Town Center, 20 min from SkyDive Spaceland.

This house has many features including a place to park your RV with an outside plug, a full kitchen with new appliances, 2 TV's, computer desk, washer dryer, central AC/Heat, an electric fireplace, and a beautiful screened in front porch.

A great little getaway to make treasured memories with family and friends. Primary renter must be 21 years or older. The person booking the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay.
