A cosy self contained one bedroom first floor flat attached to the main Hilton house. It has a living room and kitchenette (with double sofa bed) bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom. There is also a lovely private garden that the flat looks upon. Following an extensive refurbishment the flat has a stunning new ensuite as well as a beautiful freestanding copper bath! 45 Cecil Street is a welcoming home located in the heart of the great Border City Carlisle. Located just 5 minutes walk away from the train station it provides a great base for anyone visiting the city or the surrounding area. Our home has a ground floor courtyard and kitchen and on the first floor you will find the living room, 2 bedrooms and the bathroom. The whole house is available to our guests during their stay and while we cant provide private parking there are 2 car parks just nearby.

Kitty's Place is a two bedroomed studio style apartment with adjoining rooms, set in the beautiful Eden Valley, Cumbria, which is fantastic for woodland and river walking as well as hosting fantastic, quiet roads for cycling. We're 30mins from The Lake District National Park, and 10-15mins from Carlisle Airport, Hadrian's Wall and Carlisle Castle. Next door is a traditional Inn, with restaurant quality food. Please check opening times as we do not open every day. Booking is also advisable.

Chollerton House is located in the hamlet of Chollerton and is set in its own grounds overlooking the river North Tyne which is just a hundred yards away across our own paddock. The flat is located on the first floor, affording lovely views on all sides, and has its own seperate access, assuring complete privacy. Chollerton lies only one mile north of the World Heritage site of Hadrian's Wall and the flat provides a charming and secluded base from which to explore beautiful Northumberland.

Lake District flat with great mountain views

Swinburne Castle is perfectly situated within its own beautiful parkland and gardens. Traditionally decorated, parts of the house have tremendous history dating back to the 12th century. The east wing is extremely comfortable and private, and don't be perturbed by the stone steps leading down to the vaulted cellar. In the mornings you can look forward to a delicious breakfast in the formal dining room. There is ample parking and a tennis court you are welcome to use.
