You’ll find Scribbly Gums on a quiet corner of sleepy Berrara, directly opposite Conjola National Park and a three minute walk to Kirby’s Beach at the end of the street. Scribbly Gums offers a luxurious, laid back, spacious retreat for nature lovers with a view of green from every window. Ideal for couples, families or get togethers with friends, experience a slower pace and allow yourself to relax and recharge in comfort while taking in the natural beauty of the South Coast of NSW.

Bayridge Bush and Beach 3 bdm. 4 beds/ 1 sofa bed

I can offer a 3 bedoom house in North Batemans Bay NSW. It is a lovely 20 minute walk to town and a few minutes drive. It is situated in a unique neighbourhood. Large private blocks with plenty of wildlife. Neutral colours and matching decor. I live in a separate private dwelling on the property. Beaches are 10 min drive with a pleasant 25 minute walk to town. I can offer extra space for 7 or 8 people, however, it would be a sofa bed in the loungeroom. Lots of wildlife.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Only 200 metres from beautiful Surfside Beach. ShoreBreak is one of the last few authentic 1960s beach houses. Only a short walk from Cullendulla Reserve offering secluded beach, bush and mangrove walks. The yard is completely fenced off and the house is only 300 metres from a Dog Friendly beach, so ideal for dog owners. Surfside is only five minutes drive from shops, cafes and restaurants in Batemans Bay.

The original stables at historic Longsight have been lovingly restored and converted to luxury boutique accommodation. Many of the original features have been preserved such as the exposed wood rafters, weatherboards, iron roof and facade. Even the original saddle racks remain in the bathroom and old framing timber has been repurposed into a beautiful kitchen island.
