Apartment Tea is spacious and very comfortable studio, situated at the very center of Malinska, but being sheltered from the streets, it offers privacy. You can enjoy your mornings or calm sunsets at the big 20m2 terrace, with the sea view. The nearest beaches, bars, restaurants, market places or sea promenade are only 3 min walk from the house. Cosy apartment with a seaview

Quiet location surrounded with big garden and lots of greenery.Two terraces (indoor and outdoor) one with a beautiful seaview. Only 10 minutes walk from the first beach and promenade with lots of restaurants and bars. The apartment can comfortably fit 4 people and is good for families, especially with little kids because garden is fenced and has a lot of shade where you can play with children or can put little baby pool in .In the street there is also a bike rental.

Parking is in the yard.

Our house with sea view is located in the village Zakosa-bay near the towns of Senj and Sveti Juraj,under the mountain Velebit.There are three national parks in the vicinity.Nice place for a quite holiday. This apartment is for four persons. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
