Aptly named "A SHORE BET" this cozy 36'x12' Thunderbird houseboat is moored in our clear stocked pond alongside our 48' dock and will take you on an adventure of waterborne living without the hassle. Your boat harbors a queen bed, full bed, full galley, head (bathroom for landlubbers), sleeping-cuddy, saloon, futon and a raised bridge with literally all the bells and whistles. This restored farmhouse is situated in the center of the farm with a panoramic view of the animals grazing from inside the home. Fishing gear and prepared meals are available upon request. This secluded 3-bedroom cabin has everything you need for your perfect Louisiana-getaway. No traffic, noise or people. Located on 220 acres adjacent to the Bogue Chitto National Wildlife Refuge, the property includes freshwater lakes, a beach, and multiple trails for a beautiful morning or evening walk. Guests have easy access to the BCNWR for deer, hog, etc. hunting, as well as canoes and kayaks. We have blueberries, whitetail deer and chickens supplying fresh eggs, when laying.
