Excellent location in Fowey with parking

Cedar lodge is a detached modern property, located up behind the main house, nestled in a semi-walled garden with a private patio area which enjoys a southerly aspect. Bi-fold doors lead into an open plan living room with a modern fitted kitchen. A sliding door leads to a bedroom with an en-suite shower room. There are heaters in the lounge and bedroom and heated towel rail in the shower room. A parking space is at the bottom of the path leading up to the property approximately 50 meters away.

Sunset lodge is set on a 116 hectare Dairy farm 10 minutes from the A30 and the Eden project. The beds can be two kings or a king and two singles. The Lodge has a private and new for 2026 dog secure garden. Infinity Wifi and three flatscreen televisions, open plan living and central heating.

Snuggling in a wooded corner of our paddock the cabin is a lovely secluded escape for two. In one of the quietest parts of Cornwall with complete privacy you will hear the hoots of owls and chorus of birdlife, and with no light pollution the night skies are magnificent. The coast is nearby, with the Fowey estuary just down the road, and glorious beaches and coastal footpath a short drive away. It is roomy and comfortable in all weathers, and comes with a private wild garden.

Enjoy a relaxing break in a small Cornish hamlet, with lovely countryside views with wildlife going about their day. Also enjoy an amazing stary sky by night while enjoying your favourite beverage. Cedar Lodge has just been completed and is brand new ready for 2023. It is a stunning 1 bedroom annex situated in the lower half of our garden. Although it is in close proximity to our family home there is a dividing fence and all access to the annex is separate with shared parking.

The Den has everything needed for a relaxing get away. Located just a ten minute drive away from The Eden Project and Charlestown with a selection of restaurants and pubs. The rugged north Cornish coast is less than 15 miles away with breathtaking coastal walks and beaches aplenty.

Newly renovated with an open plan living area, well equipped kitchen and laundry room, the property sleeps six in 3 bedrooms plus a cot. Outside is a beautiful secluded garden with seating areas to enjoy the views and an outdoor shower. The property welcomes up to two dogs and the beach is dog friendly all year round.

Nestled away in a magical garden, sat under a beautiful Beech tree, sits our cosy Beech Hut. A short drive away from various beautiful North Cornwall beaches and the famous Port Isaac. Relax & soak under the stars, whilst listening to the stream and watching the bats fly by in your private wood-fired tub. *The bathroom (shower, sink, loo) is within the Beech Hut.
