Glynn Bull Pen was built as part of Glynn Estate early 1800s, we have renovated the barn to create a modern, light and spacious holiday retreat. A rural location, private and surrounded by trees, set in the beautiful Glynn Valley. We are close to Bodmin Parkway, with easy access to Cornwall's many tourist attractions such as Lanhydrock Estate (1 mile) Eden (20 minutes) and both north and south coast beaches. You have your own garden space, parking and many acres of quiet woodland to explore.

Located just a few miles from the South Cornish coastline ideally situated within easy reach of the popular seaside towns of Looe Polperro and Fowey and sleepy estuary village , Lerryn. Enjoy this stylish studio with enclosed private garden. Fresh milk and a Cornish Cream tea will be waiting for you with our compliments . Rural Barn Conversion, Boconnoc, Lostwithiel

Set on the edge of Boconnoc Estate and the outskirts of Lostwithiel you will find our large 1 bedroom converted barn. We are quite centrally located in Cornwall. South coast beaches can be found 5 miles away with the north coast being around 20 miles away. You will find so many things to do including walking, sightseeing, fishing, visiting many types of attractions. We offer a warm welcome and as much or as little interaction as you prefer. You will find yourself surrounded by nature.

Unique and perfectly situated coastal retreat

Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

The Hay Loft is the first floor of a 1850’s Coach House and Stables. The whole interior measures approximately 16m x 5m. Fully self contained, the apartment is very spacious and can accommodate 2 people comfortably. King Size bed, linen included. Lounge area, 32” Freesat TV. Dining Table & chairs. Fitted Kitchen, dishwasher etc. Large walk in shower enclosure, separate bath, cosy long robes and complimentary toiletries. Decking area with lighting, overlooking open field onto woods.

Situated on the Saints Way footpath to Fowey, we are ideally located to relax and explore the local area. We are a short stroll away from the waterside village pub, The Fisherman's Arms and in the village you'll find water activities such as kayaking and paddle boarding to name a few...

Detached cabin in private grounds

Snuggling in a wooded corner of our paddock the cabin is a lovely secluded escape for two. In one of the quietest parts of Cornwall with complete privacy you will hear the hoots of owls and chorus of birdlife, and with no light pollution the night skies are magnificent. The coast is nearby, with the Fowey estuary just down the road, and glorious beaches and coastal footpath a short drive away. It is roomy and comfortable in all weathers, and comes with a private wild garden.

Unwind from the bustle of every day life & enjoy a relaxed holiday in this traditional Cornish stone cottage. Nested within a rural picturesque valley on Bodmin Moor, The Wren is perfectly located in Cornwall and makes an ideal base for wedding guests attending Trevenna. Moorland walks and stunning lakes are all within close vicinity and both the North & South coasts are within a 30-40minute drive. The A30 & A38 are also easily accessible via car from the property.

The Annex, Small Double Bed, Parking, Quiet.

The Annex is a private, self contained space adjoined to the rear of our house. It has it's own parking space, a small double bed (190cm length bed wall to wall), shower room and private outdoor seating area. The main train line is 5 minutes walk from The Annex. Lostwithiel also has a selection of pubs, restaurants, Indian and Chinese takeaways, independent shops, riverside and woodland walks all within walking distance. The Eden Project is a 10 minute drive away.

Bootlace Cottage in Tywardreath

This special place is a converted cobbler's shop opposite a church in the heart of the historic village of Tywardreath, which boasts a wonderful pub and shop. Fowey, the Eden Project and Charlestown are all just a short drive away. This charming cottage is self-contained and is within walking distance to Par Beach and Par Station. The fully equipped kitchen contains everything you need and there is an outside terrace to enjoy your morning coffee and a sundowner.

The Cottage at Trevelyan -rural Cornwall

The Cottage is within the grounds of our home, Trevelyan, in a beautiful rural part of south east Cornwall. You will have your own walled garden area. It is a converted farm building, and we have attempted to make the best use of the space. The shower room is compact but perfectly adequate, there is a bedroom, kitchen/dining room and the living room has folding doors to bring the outside in! Manor House is grade II listed, set amongst an array of historic buildings at Botelet Farm, with a large private garden to the rear and views reaching across rolling fields and up to Bury Down iron age hill fort. Nestled in a valley in South East Cornwall, staying at Manor offers the chance for a peaceful escape with 300 acres to explore, safe spaces for children to play, a trampoline in the orchard, and therapeutic massage in our treatment room.
