Private bathroom with large shower, vanity and toilet, laundry/kitchenette has a toaster, microwave, tea/coffee making facilities etc and washing machine. No stove. Bedroom has a queen size bed, quality bedding, A/C, ceiling fan and large wardrobe. The living room has a new fridge, dining table & chairs, lounge with pull out sofa bed, large screen TV, DVD Blueray. Outdoor area has BBQ with side burner, seating and attractive garden setting.

Somerset Stables Mogo

Somerset Stables is set on a small rural holding with access to the Mogo state forest, close proximity to the beach and Mogo village and is within walking distance to Mogo Zoo. It has modern decor, rich timber floors, vaulted ceilings and is self contained to be comfortable. The Apartment is a loft conversion of our Stable Barn with stair only access, it has a tree top view of the paddocks below with accompanying bird and zoo noises. We look forward to hosting our guests and sharing our space.

The house has direct access to a walking track metres from the front door to the patrolled section of South Beach Private outdoor shower and private outdoor gazebo. 8 metre heated mineral pool at back of house which is a shared space with the owner’s house at rear. Our cottage has a renovated bathroom & laundry on the outskirts of Moruya town, adjoining rural property. 10 min drive to beaches. Mogo Zoo & Batemans Bay 20 min north; Bodalla Dairy & art galleries 20 min south. Moruya has plenty of cafes & you can enjoy the popular Riverside Markets every Sat morning or the SAGE growers markets every Tues afternoon. OR simply relax with a wine & BBQ; a cuppa on the front verandah, or snuggle inside with the woodstove on & watch a DVD or stream shows.

Guerilla Bay Beachfront Hideaway

Enjoy the suberb location of this older style bedsit hideaway- large bathroom, bath, separate toilet and kitchenette. Attatched to the main house it has a completely private entrance. Bedsit doesn' face the ocean. You'll find nearby cafes for meals or can cook simple meals in the benchtop oven/ hotplates unit. Take one minute walk down to Guerilla Bay beach or enjoy stunning views from your own outside table in the front garden. Wallabys, echidnas and monitor lizards are common.

Our comfortable, well-equipped self-contained unit is situated underneath our family home. It is 1 km from the beach and the river, and 6 km from the country town of Moruya on the NSW South Coast. Swimming, fishing, kayaking, markets, bush walking, bike trails, or relaxing - it's all here for you and your family. Your pet is welcome too. We have a large grass area fenced with l.6 m high wire where your dog can run, and our local beach is a 24 hour off-leash doggy playground!

Get away from it all when you visit Mrs Grace’s rustic bush retreat at Moruya. LGBTQI friendly 🌈 Enjoy big starry skies and a myriad of bird life. Wander down to the Moruya River past kangaroos, and wombat holes. Lounge under the wisteria with a picnic between swims, or in winter cozy up by the fire with a book or jigsaw. In the warmer weather, book our free kayaks, and paddle 1km upriver to “Yaragee” the local swimming spot, or downriver into town for the more adventurous.

Steps from the beautiful North Broulee beach the space is private from the rest of the house with it’s own entry. The room is light and airy with a very comfortable Queen size bed and quality linen. The space has a newly renovated bathroom. The kitchenette has basic cooking facilities and a light continental breakfast is provided There is free wifi, a smart tv, a chair and ottoman to relax in within the room and outside there are numerous seating options and an 8m pool to enjoy.
