We are located about 1.5 hours from SFO airport and 1 hour from Oakland airport. Napa Valley located in North part of the county about 1 hour a way and we are near the winery by Livermore area. 35 minutes away from SF Factory outlet by Livermore. Cozy Cottage Near the River

Clean and private, a standalone dwelling separated from my own residence by a parking pad. Small 2bd/1bath cottage. A 2 minute walk to the Sacramento River, bars, and restaurants. Boat launch is practically across the street. The kitchen is stocked with plates, silverware, pots, coffee maker, etc. (Just please clean up after yourself) There is WiFi, but it is not always reliable so I haven’t listed it as an amenity but it usually works well for the tv.
