In the Friendly Village of Wintersville, close to Franciscan University and highway 22. Short walk to shopping, restaurants and bus stop. Use of washer, dryer, and are kitchen available downstairs by appointment for additional fees. Games, books, baby gate, extra beds, bedding etc, are available on request.

This 2 bedroom home sits on a friendly residential street in Steubenville and is equipped with everything you need for your stay. Two queen comfortable beds and pillows, professionally laundered with hotel style linens, a coffee bar, and three smart TVs and wi-fi. Close to everything in the Steubenville-Weirton area, including Franciscan University of Steubenville, hospitals in Steubenville and Weirton and The Pavilion at Star Lake amphitheater. This efficient guest suite is located in the heart of Steubenville (17 miles/20 min. from Star Lake Pavilion). Separated by a hill from our family home, the loft provides a simple place to rest after a long day of travel, work, conferences, or whatever may bring you to Steubenville! We built this guest space above our work garage with visiting family in mind, and we hope you'll feel equally at home as our guest.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Wheeling casino, Ogelbay, Wheeling Park, 6 Golf Courses, and multiple restaurants are just a short drive away from this location. A few things are on the property. 1. Fishing poles are under the back porch. Feel free to use. 2. There is usually firewood on the side of the house. Feel free to use.
