Welcome to our beautiful beachside studio, the Ledges. It’s located on over an acre of property in the rustic west of Bermuda. Take strolls on our country road to the local farm. The bus stop is steps away to take public transportation to Dockyard or to Hamilton. Or spend your days on the property at one of 2 private beaches. The Ledges studio is an architectural gem with exposed beamed ceilings, a cozy fireplace for chilly evenings, and a modern fully equipped kitchen. The studio has its own private, large upper deck for entertaining or relaxing where the sunsets are just stupendous!!! Airport pick-ups and island tours can be arranged through your host.

On the water (walk across the lawn and jump in) with a large dock suitable for swimming, snorkeling & spectacular sunsets. "Sea Breeze Mews" is only a 10 minute walk to picturesque Church Bay beach & a short bus ride to all the magnificent South Shore Beaches. Restaurants and award winning Golf courses are only a few minutes away. Public transportation right outside gate.

Pool house in a garden setting (+ EV chargers)

The pool house has a queen bed and its own bathroom + shower. It is next to our house in a spacious yard in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Bus stop is a 3 minute walk, John Smith's Bay beach 5 minutes and grocery store 12 minutes away. We also have a Labrador that roams the property. There's cable tv (includes HBO and Showtime) free wifi. The cottage is quiet, airy and is finished to a high standard, offering a very casual luxury. Transportation is easy and the amenities are many. This is a slice of old Bermuda charm, perfect for relaxing and taking in all that is Bermuda !

A tiny loft cottage just comfortable and cozy enough for one or two people. Includes an outside garden space under the pergola with Adirondack chairs and fire pit, lovely for relaxing. We are situated close to Admiralty House and Deep Bay where you can swim, explore caves and cliff jump. Approximately 7 minute drive to Hamilton. Bus #4 Airbnb guests only allowed on the property, no parties or outside guests. Safety concern with stairs for children below age of twelve.

Palmberry Oceanfront Cottage

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Find yourself waking up to a view of the ocean and taking a morning swim from your private dock. The cottage offers cosy accommodation with indoor and outdoor seating areas right on the water. Palmberry is located in the beautiful neighbourhood of Fairylands. It is the ideal location for a fantastic stay in Bermuda and is in close proximity to the city of Hamilton. We look forward to welcoming you for a memorable stay.

Cottage is a lovely 1 bedroom apartment with full kitchen, bathroom and living / dining room as well as a private patio area. Nearest beach is a 5-10 minute walk and the bus stop a similar distance. 2 restaurants are within walking distance (The Reefs and Henry VIII).
