Farm Stay - Working livestock farm

Come stay in our apartment connected to the barn on our active working farm. We are located 3 miles from the state capitol building in Montpelier, but you would never know it up here. You can cross country ski, snowshoe, hike, or bike out your front door, and we are located within 45 min. from Sugarbush, Stowe, Mad River Glen, & Bolton Valley. You can also check out the local beer & spirits scene, or just relax at the farm. Guests are always welcome to tour the grounds and see the animals.

Potter’s Place

Lovely 2-bedroom close to everything, Potter’s Place is the perfect hub for your stay in Vermont. Only 30-40 minutes to Stowe, Bolton, Sugarbush, and plenty of amazing Nordic trails, the space provides a welcoming retreat after a day of skiing, hiking, or biking. If biking is your thing, the apartment backs up to the Cross Vermont Trail, and is a great jumping off point for adventure. The apartment is also a short (10-15 minute) walk to downtown and all the shops on Main and State Street.

(Includes toddlers and infants) If you are a skier, we're e less than an 40 minutes to major Ski areas. You won't have to pay resort prices and have a more room.

Conveniently located just 5 minute drive to and from interstate I89, CVMC ( Central VT Medical Center), and shopping and approximately 10 minute walk to downtown and many historical attractions! Amenities include: high speed internet, coffee, tea, bottled water, nice sized refrigerator/freezer extra blankets, pillows and more! As a native Vermonter and host for nine years, I'm happy to offer unique places to visit!

Our backyard tiny home is walking distance to historic downtown Montpelier. Located on a quiet street, its many windows highlight all the efficiencies of tiny house living, including a fully equipped kitchen, radiant floor heat and the option of woodstove coziness. The bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower and modern concrete sink. Two small bedrooms share a featured rotating wall and sliding barn door. The design plan is clean lines, minimalist decor and efficient energy use.
