The Barn is tucked away in a private courtyard set back on a picturesque and quiet lane that leads towards the village high street. Steeped in history and oozing character, it dates back to the 18th century. Vaulted ceilings and old beams frame the bedrooms which are furnished with an ornate bed/sofa bed/Egyptian cotton bed linen in a combination of dusky pinks/greys all in a shabby chic style. The house was 'created' in 2020 having originally been part of the village pub - it’s now part of a redeveloped property which also includes the owners home and a fabulous cafe called Artichoke Cafe. The property is right in the heart of the picturesque riverside village of Pangbourne with its fabulous specialist shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to London Paddington.

"Bumble" The Shepherd's Hut

This traditionally inspired, hand-made Shepherds Hut is nestled inside a paddock in the leafy county of Hampshire. It offers a tranquil retreat in a home away from home setting with a cosy open plan living space championed by the log burning stove. Enjoy cooking your own English Breakfast - of which eggs are graciously supplied by our chickens -amongst views and visits of our 17 strong Alpaca herd. We are delighted to reopen the dovecote after some essential improvements. We can now offer availability from this spring. A completely unique experience. This converted dovecote has a stunning bathroom, copper bath, wet room shower and beautiful double bedroom with terrace. Situated in a quiet but central location in Bibury with parking and breakfast. Very spacious and an ideal place to come and relax for a romantic countryside break. Fantastic pub in the neighbouring village that serves food most days (please check) and there is a very well equipped kitchen should you like to cook for yourselves. Easy access to Oxfordshire best countryside walks too.

2 Bedroom Luxury Cottage (Secure & Quiet)

This charming Cottage is located in the picturesque Village of Englefield Green. Just four miles from Windsor Castle, three miles from Wentworth Golf Course and six miles from Ascot Race Course. Heathrow Airport if just six miles away. 300 metres further down the lane is The Royal Air Force Memorial and below that, on National Trust grounds that skirts the River Thames is the Magna Carta Memorial. The Royal Holloway University is a ten minute stroll across the Village.

Stunning Cabin with incredible views near Goodwood

The Cabin replaced our old tumbledown sheds. It is completely separate from the main dwelling and has far reaching views to the South Downs. There is one Super King bed in the main area (which can be separated into two single beds) and in the mezzanine, there are two single beds which can be pushed together to become a double. Goodwood (Racing), Midhurst (Polo), Chichester (theatre), South Downs Way (walking / mountain biking) are all within easy reach.
