Redwood Sanctuary is located in the idyllic Oakland Hills with beautiful vistas, hikes, and parks within a short drive. The home is situated on half an acre of land in the middle of redwood, eucalyptus, and oak trees secluded away from other homes. Montclair village is an 8 minute drive, providing lots of great food and shops. Minutes from Highway 13 and 580. It is a 1 bedroom studio with a queen bed and a pull out sofa bed. This cottage was built with the needs of our guests in mind, including in-unit private laundry. The cottage is located steps from an array of Albany/Berkeley culinary culture, cafes, shops, and markets.

There is a patio deck with table and chairs to enjoy meals outdoors. Previously an art studio, now a simple detached cottage at the entrance of our property. The place is nestled in a garden setting . The cottage is stand alone and is not shared . The bathroom is detached, just a few steps away, through the garden, and shared with a very quiet and clean tenant, it is sparkling clean. The trails start just across the street and are fantastic, spreading over 800 acres of parkland. You will enjoy the quiet, peaceful and remote setting. We do have WiFi ;)

Private garden cottage in the heart of Berkeley's Gilman District. Located well off the street. Good quality mattress, kitchenette & small new bathroom. There's a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. The cottage is not set up for cooking. A short walk to Whole Foods, Biergarten, Funky Elephant, and others. Berkeley Bitty House - a little bit of home

The Berkeley Bitty House is our cozy little detached guesthouse, located in a quiet residential neighborhood that is a few minutes drive to campus and within walking distance to many landmarks. Although itty bitty, it feels luminous and private, with a large skylight and windows that overlook a private deck with hot tub. The view of the bay from the private deck is breathtaking.

Traditional Japanese architecture tucked away in a great Berkeley neighborhood. Peaceful and quiet but just a few blocks to UC Berkeley, all the restaurants of the "Gourmet Ghetto", and the North Berkeley Bart station.
