The nightly rate includes use of our driveway. Please let us know and we will leave it empty for you. **Starting September 1, 2017 Berkeley is requiring hosts to collect a 14% occupancy tax. The cottage has its own entrance accessed from the backyard, and is separate from the house. You can spend time relaxing on the outdoor furniture. We're about a mile from Berkeley Bowl, close to UCB, restaurants, shops. The cottage is very relaxing. People love staying here.
