Beautiful Waterfront 5bed House (hot tub&Inverter

This house has the best dam location with views of the whole dam. The house has a large deck and stoep with a Wood-fired Kolkol Hot tub overlooking the dam. There is a large open braai en amazing pizza oven. You also have your own jetty and lapa on the river in front of the house. All rooms are airconditioned. Misverstand/Berg river is the best place for skiing and wakeboarding. House can only be rented to friends and family or anyone with a reference of friends from misverstand or club elani.

The house in Lalaland

You’ll love my place because it is on top of a mountain where you are surrounded by fruit orchids and mountains. Also, loadshedding does not affect us as we are on solar. We are only 160km from Cape town. We live right next door but do not mind a good party, all within limits of course! The dam is a short walk away where you are welcome to use the two paddle boards and canoe. The house can keep you entertained with pool table, boardgames, books, WIFI, ping pong table and Soundsystem.

The cottage is ideal for those seeking relaxation and privacy. We are newly solar-powered and have solar geysers therefore loadshedding friendly. There are numerous activities including fynbos walks, trail running, hiking, mountain biking, swimming, bouldering and adventure biking.
