The "Tina Turner" house is located in a beautifully restored building typical of the Sandveld region of the Western Cape. It is located on our family farm, Wagenpad and offers a peaceful retreat for up to three guests. This house is a perfect blend of modern comfort and authenticity. My home is a comfortable, informal and stylish space. The interior of the home has bagged brickwork contrasted with smooth white screeded floors giving it a chic coastal touch. The house is in the quiet suburb of Myburgh Park and is very close to the Yacht Club and North Gate of the Nature Reserve as well as Shark Bay ⛱️ beach. It is a 5 minute drive to the local shops, beach and restaurant area and about 8kms to the Laguna Mall (Woolworths etc) and Mykonos Casino and restaurant area.

The Beach House

Gorgeous beach house with all the comforts of home, situated in a tranquil private beach estate. The home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (main ensuite), fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Laundry room with washer/drier combo plus iron. The lounge is fitted with a flat screen smart TV with fibre & DSTV. An indoor braai room / fireplace which opens out onto the back yard, where there is a boma and bench. The rear gate leads to the pristine Mile 16 white sandy beach, approximately 25m away.
