Cozy Acres Retreat

This first floor apartment is about 1400 sq feet, plenty of room for a family. The space has been renovated and furnished with the thought of families/friends wanting to stay in a country setting in the North woods of MN. Beautiful home in the country only 10 minutes from Bemidji, and several different lakes. We have cattle that are like pets. Each spring we have calves that are fun to watch play all summer. Clean, cozy, peaceful and quiet. Plenty of space inside and outside for exploring.

Artist’s Atelier / Apartment

A 125 yr old school bldg w/updated features like a claw foot tub (no shower yet) a full kitchen. 1 full & 1 full pull-out. Separate keyless entry. Gazebo & fire pit & bbq grill. Our space is a loft style open plan working artist studio ( my wife and I are both artists) We do classes and Greek dinners. A truly unique space with all the quirks of a very old building. There are 20 steps up to the apt. Ask us about a class for your group or a dinner option. Sorry no pets allowed, we have 3 cats.

Tree House

The Tree House, an upstairs dwelling, is in a peaceful setting. A unique topography supports numerous species of wild life including nearly 200 species of birds. The Tree House is located near the head waters of the Mississippi river, Tamarac National Wild Life Refuge, Detroit Mountain Recreation Area, golf courses, casinos and North Country Trail. A full kitchen and a comfortable indoor setting makes a lovely getaway. The rock fire pit is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.

The Family Getaway

The Family Getaway is a rustic comfortable first floor unit with a private deck overlooking one of the most sought-after lakes in the area. Full kitchen, high-speed internet, cable TV and your own deck less than 100' from the water. With only 3 units in the Lodge..."The Family Getaway" has privacy yet community at the same time. 300' of unmatched private sugar-sand beach, on-site horseshoe pits, washer/dryer, volleyball nets, kid's playground, fire pits, tetherball and more.

The Dojo-Kick back & relax

We call this space “The Dojo” because for 17 years we operated it as a karate school, before moving our school to another location. It is part of a commercial building that we have transformed into a stylish and spacious retreat for your family. This unit is only 1 mile to the boat landing for boating and fishing. We are right on the snowmobile trail, close to bike trails, hiking trails, golf, restaurants , shopping,wedding venues and everything that Crosslake has to offer.
