This tiny loft apartment is located in an old neighborhood with big trees, and just a short walk away from Waldo shops, restaurants and bars. Easy travel to Westport, Country Club Plaza, Crossroads, River Market, Power & Light, and many more super fun KC gems. The apartment is in the space that once was our old garage, so it's attached to our home. You have a separate and private entrance, full bath with an amazing shower, a small kitchen with appliances, and a loft bedroom with ladder access.

Quiet neighborhood conveniently located near KC attractions! We offer a spacious well lit home away from home. Our well stocked kitchen has a sliding glass door that leads to our spacious backyard featuring a patio where friends & family can grill & where kids can play in their own playground. The master bedroom has a king bed and attached bathroom. Our queen bed, fun 3 bunk bed and 2 futon beds in the living room offer guests many more sleeping options! Note: we do not accept local guests.

Truly one of a kind Historic property converted into a spacious, cozy loft in the heart of South KC. This 100-year-old space(5 min from HS Truman farm. He spoke on this stage on his first political campaign) has been completely rennovated with concrete countertops, beautifully vaulted ceilings, huge bathroom, built in workspace and even a fun kid's room. I’m hoping you’ll feel quite at home on this quiet street. The house is located just minutes from highway access to get to to all the best Kansas City has to offer, or you can use the smart TV and Wi-Fi for a relaxing stay in. This single level home has 3 bedrooms; 1 Queen bed, 3 Twin beds, full bath, kitchen, washer and dryer, and a spacious bonus room with yoga equipment. Furry guests will enjoy the spacious fenced in back yard. A charcoal grill is available to use as well.
