A sophisticated and private apartment with an art gallery feel that is very light and well equipped. Views of the bridge from upstairs and close to the riverside walking track. 7 min drive from the CBD. There is a small table within the lounge-room space since there is not a separate dining area in the kitchen. The apartment is ideal for 2 but will accommodate 3 since there is a double bed in the second bedroom but limited storage. There is a childproof gate at the bottom of the stairs.

Also very close to bus stops which will take you to the city past the well renowned North Hobart restaurant precinct ( which is only a 15 min walk anyway). Handy to both airport & CBD in Howrah, a beautiful suburb of Hobart. There are two beaches about 1 kilometre from the front apartment. Very comfy & clean queen bedroom with ensuite, lounge/dining area, smart TV and kitchenette concealed behind bi-fold doors. Huge windows with beautiful views. This listing is half of a house that has been divided into two separate apartments, at times there is some transfer of sound in the living area.
