Our property hosts two apartments just renovated and completely independent that can be rented togheter or individually. It is located in a privileged position with a breathtaking view of Como Lake. The apartments are very well furnished and have wide windows to enjoy the lake view. The garden, with excellent sun exposure, is the ideal place to sit and relax while admiring the view and enjoying a romantic dinner. Bellagio historic centre is 1,5 km far. Gated parking in the property.

Hidden inside a peaceful courtyard surrounded by lemon trees and greenery, the house combines the authentic atmosphere of Bellagio with modern comforts and generous indoor spaces — perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a unique Lake Como experience. The house is arranged over two floors and comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.

Casavalery, a studio apartment, consists of 1 bathroom with shower and hairdryer, a kitchen, and a living area where there is a sofa bed, a double bed with two bedside tables and a wardrobe. The apartment has independent heating, air conditioning , satellite TV, wi-fi internet, washing machine, outdoor parking, lift, fully equipped kitchen, balcony with magnificent lake view, equipped with table and chairs. Sheets, towels and kitchen linen are included. The tourist tax is 3€ per person per day.
