The Hunter Valley vineyards start here, with Broke & Pokolbin vineyards 45 minutes away. We are a Haflinger Horse stud on 210 acres, with show jumping and eventing facilities. Great for couples and families, the Back Forty Solar Cottage is a fully featured off grid solar home with all of the comforts and space to relax.

Fairy cottage is a self contained unit set overlooking our fairy garden. The cottage consists of 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a sofa bed in the lounge room. There’s 1 bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The front porch has a swing seat overlooking the fairy garden. Feel free to wander around the property excluding our home and back yard. Approximately 5 mins to local vineyards, 20 mins to Pokolbin. Lots of local pub’s and restaurants nearby too most with a courtesy bus. Just a lovely spot

There are 2 bedrooms both with Queen size beds, approximately 1.6m (W) x 2.0m (L). Plus there is a double sofa bed which can sleep 2 adults. Each villa has a seasonal wood burning combustion fire, kitchen (no oven), 2 Burner stove top, and hooded BBQ on the verandah. There are 2 full bathrooms, one includes a bath.

Nestled on 7 acres of native bushland, this architect designed home boasts complete privacy and commands spectacular views across to the Barrington Tops through its extensive North facing windows. Featuring open plan living with polished timber floors and vaulted ceiling the feeling is relaxed, bright and spacious and the perfect antidote to a hectic life. We have 2 bedrooms with king sized beds, one which splits into two singles.
