We are a close distance to many wineries, breweries, and distilleries. The back yard has an amazing view of the hill country! Gatherings for events are an option but pre approval is required. This is a private 2 bedroom guest house. There is a large outdoor seating area under oak trees; with a fire pit and bbq. The home has dedicated parking that is covered. We have two dedicated air conditioning systems that keep the unit very cool. The bedding is very comfortable. All the mattress are memory foam. All the amenities you should expect are included in this new guest home.
