Beautiful, modern family house in the countryside, just a 12 minute bus ride to the centre of the city (bus stop practically outside the gate). The space is the whole upper floor which is a private bedroom, bathroom and an open mezzanine chill out/work area. Plenty of free parking. The view down to Zagreb is stunning and you are just 1km away from hikes in the Sljeme NP forest. We are a well traveled family and look forward to welcoming guests to our beautiful home and city.

Klemens apartment, sunny and quiet central street

The apartment is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood in the central Zagreb district of Donji grad (Lower Town), just a 15 minute walk from the main tourist hub, where most attractions are. The south-facing main room features large windows that let in plenty of sunlight and offer a pleasant view of the quiet street with trees. The place is owned by a famous Croatian illustrator, so you can enjoy his artwork throughout the space.

Charming wooden cabin in the mountains

This wooden cabin sits high in the mountains, soaking up sun for solar power and serving quiet vibes all day long. There’s internet (yep!), epic views, and an outdoor shower. The real boss here? A chill cat who fully rules the place. If you like cats, you’re more than welcome—if not, well… good luck. It’s peaceful, quirky, and might just convince you that mountain air and feline sass are all you need.

Tram station is 230 meters away (3 minutes walk). It is a 35 minutes drive to center of town. Bus station to Ljubljanica (Remiza) is 10 meters from apartment :). Jarun Market (Tržnica Jarun) is 80 meters away. There you have bars, restaurants, groceries, flower market... It is a must-see place. Lake Jarun is some 15 minutes walk. Banks and ATM-s are right around the corner.
