Plus, it's just a 20 minute drive to Wrightsville or Carolina Beaches!

The Cove

Framed by hundreds of years old live oak trees, The Cove is situated on an acre of ground, convenient to area beaches and shopping. Most major food chains and big box stores are within a 5 minute drive. Additionally many local eateries are nearby. Carolina beach is an easy 10 minutes drive, historic downtown Wilmington and river walk are 15 minutes, while Wrightsville beach and major shopping malls are 20 minutes. Enjoy many waterfront views from inside the cottage, outside on the deck, around the fire-pit, playing games, or on the hosts' private pier. You can see lots of boats, a wide variety of native wildlife, sunrises, and more. Pier activities include fishing, lounging, or docking your own small boat, kayaks, etc. Minutes from the beaches, board walks, fine dining, boating, and more.

The Frenchie House, 4 Bedrooms, All King Beds

Playful and lively, this special place is easy to consider your home away from home! Family friendly quiet area 15 Minutes from Downtown Wilmington with access to all that our incredible city has to offer... Dining, shopping and entertainment. 20 minutes to Wrightsville Beach, 12 minutes to Carolina Beach, and 20 minutes to the ILM Airport. Large, fully fenced-in, backyard. Full Kitchen, spacious area, and Fun Frenchie themed Rooms! Pups are allowed by request only and with a pet fee.

The Tree House Apartment

The Tree House apartment is an 700+ sq ft private residence on the first floor of our house. It has a private entrance and parking for up to 2 vehicles, if more than 2 spots are needed please let us know. The apartment has a full size kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. There is a king bed in the bedroom and shower/tub in the bathroom. This rental is located less than 5 minutes from Carolina Beach and is 15 minutes away from the beautiful and historic downtown, Wilmington.
