Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cozy home, on the lake with beautiful views. Weather permitting you can go kayaking, paddle boarding.(Kayaks, paddle boards, peddle boat Only for staying guests. Lake is electric motors only. There is a shared Gazebo on the lake. we also have picnic tables. Swimming is great, perfect for little ones water is shallow and warmer, sandbox ava(2 pet max) Dogs welcome, must be leashed.( No aggressive breads, no cats allowed).Pets cannot be left unattended

In a desirable neighborhood close to restaurants and groceries. Walking distance to Whiting Forest, Dow Gardens, Midland Center for the Arts, Country Club and Library. Close to downtown, Baseball Stadium, RailTrail, Dow and Hospital. Sleeps 2-4 with queen bed in BR and pull out in LR. Shared areas: sunroom, laundry & patio.

Tiny house “THOW” in woods -Hot Tub (shared)

Try the tiny living adventure! Wi-Fi: 80 yards from the THOW is a Wi-Fi router and extender -sometimes it works well, other most times, NOT! Definitely can’t depend on it! Challenging to be in the Woods AND have good Wi-Fi! If you have a hotspot, and your signal is good that may be your best option. Compost toilet challenge: experience our compost toilet with no smell!… Or you get a free night! HOT TUB (shared with host house). There is never/rarely a schedule conflict for the hot tub.
