It borders Ratho Park Golf club (area of outstanding beauty), a walk from the heart of Ratho village, 8miles from Edinburgh centre. Rooms are stylishly furnished (with wifi), and proudly eco-friendly (ground source heated). The property has parking, doors to the courtyard, patio with views looking onto a beautiful fairway, and a path to the gardens, fire pit, ruins and historic canal.

In spring and summer the garden is filled with herbs and flowers. You'll usually find a few books in the hall and you're welcome to take any you like the look of. Accommodation offers lots of charm dating back to 1731 it’s one of the oldest properties in Bridge of Allan. Located on the doorstep of the University and all the vibrance and facilities that it has to offer while being in a beautiful private setting. Perfect for lovely country walks, the village has plenty of bars, restaurants and shops etc. Bridge of Allan is a stunning Victorian Spa town and easy to tour Scotland from.
