White Oak Mountain Inn

Come to the country and enjoy the charm of a totally renovated farmhouse cottage. Fully furnished kitchen with a view overlooking rolling pastures from the kitchen window. The Phillips one40

The Phillips one40 is a unique apartment concept that is located in the middle of 140 acres of private timber. This is a very peaceful and secluded location. It easily sleeps up to 7 people with 1 king bed, 2 twin XLs, and 3 fulls. There is a small lake 50 yards out of the front door full of crappie and bass, Catch and release only. Miles of walking trails can be utilized, check with us for availability. We have a fire pit for a camp fire as well as a black stone and a BBQ grill.

The Lone Oak

Reconnect with nature at The Lone Oak, part of our working cattle ranch. Enjoy the quiet of the country while you go fishing in the pond, spotting the wildlife, and stargazing at night from the hot tub. Just five miles from town, right off the blacktop, and three miles from Interstate 49. The top level is a 1900 farmhouse that has been renovated and could have another group staying in it. The walk-out basement is two years old and ready for you to have a relaxing, memorable get-away.

Farmhouse Getaway

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Our home is located right outside the city of Butler, Mo. The yard is spacious and a concrete slab and basketball goal to use. The neighbors are distant down the road so very limited travel by the house. Sleeps 12-15 easily. Two living rooms with tv and cable, and 2.5 bathrooms. Metal lawn chairs, child swing, a grill, and a fire pit located in the back yard. Fishing is available upon request with a pond on the property.
