The small loft is located in the rear building on the first floor of my former photo studio. It’s simple, cozy, and clean, with everything arranged in one open space featuring a double bed, walk-in shower, and small toilet. My house is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood of Basel (Hirzbrunnen). You can reach Basel city centre in a few minutes by tram (free) or bike (optional). My house is modernly furnished and offers space for 3 people. A large shaded seating area is included. Sustainability (solar thermal energy, photovoltaics with storage) is important to me. A private car park directly in front of the house is also included.
