200 year old cottage nestled in a white-washed courtyard, lovingly restored and brought to life. All the modern comforts integrated between stone walls and rustic beams in a beautiful rural setting. Located half a mile from Tollymore Forest and by car we are 5 mins from Mourne Mountains, 5 mins from Newcastle and 5 mins from Castlewellan. The cottage is in the midst of our working horse farm, horses, chickens, dogs and donkeys are all part of the family. Dogs and horses are welcome guests.

The Boat House has had a makeover with a new kitchen etc. It was originally constructed during the Second World War as a pump house. We have re novated it to be glamorous 'glamping' option with a four poster bed and a new Hottub. Other attractions close by are Murlough Beach, Castlewellan forest Park & many walking, hiking & cycling trails.
