Private stairs from street level take you to a bright open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, opening to the large balcony with a gas barbecue. Another staircase takes you to a master bedroom, ensuite and second balcony. The ensuite bathroom includes a large spa bath and washer/dryer.
