Pleasant basement room with a comfortable single bed , two good armchairs for lounging and reading , and a small desk for working, book case and room for clothes. There is also a front garden with comfortable seating. The neighbourhood north of Copenhagen named Ordrup - a quiet and friendly place. Lots of green areas around. 800 meters to the ocean and forest,800 meters to shops, 600 meters to the station which takes you to Cph Center in 15 minutes. Beautiful place

Apartment close to Dyrehaven, the Sea and DTU

Independent, nicely furnished 1st floor apartment in villa close to the Dyrehaven, the sea and theTechnical University ca 20 Km north of Copenhagen center. The apartment is fully equipped. It contains bedroom, an office with an extra bed and a sitting room with open connection to the kitchen. From the sitting room you have access to a small balcony facing south. The area is quiet with easy access by bike or car to Jægersborg Hegn, the sea and DTU. Owner lives in the ground floor apartment.

Relax in the beautiful surroundings of Northern Copenhagen. Only 10 km from Central Copenhagen. 3 minutes walk from the train station taking you to central Copenhagen in 15 minutes every 10 minutes. 10 minutes walk from the Bellevue beach and Dyrehaven with the beautiful woods and fauna and the world renowned fun fair Dyrehavsbakken. Ordrupvej is a quiet yet bustling street with shops and cafées. Free parking behind the building or round the corner of Holmegaardsvej.

Centralt beliggende i Charlottenlund ligger denne 1-vær på 42 kvm med en ugenert udsigt mod øst, over Ordrup Park. 5 min til de to hoved-indkøbsstrøg i Charll, 10 min til stationen og yderligere 15 min, så befinder du dig i centrum af Cph. Tæt på skov og strand, Charll skov, Dyrehaven etc. Sengen er 160x200 cm og er en ny Dunlopillo seng,- med en stor dobbelt dyne. PPS: Og der må naturligvis ikke ryges i min lejlighed. Welcome to our apartment in Charlottenlund near the sea and Bakken! Totally new renovated and top modernised with dishwasher, washing machine new bathroom and kitchen all is new! Enjoy your stay with good view from balcony, near to station 3 minutes to walk S train station, 1 minutes to buss stop, restaurants near to walking distance, shopping as well. No pets. Parties are not allowed. Only for calm people!

Kælderlejligheden tilgås ved egen indgang. Lejligheden er indrettet pænt og alt er moderniseret. Huset ligger 5 min. gang fra S-togstation og 15 min. kørsel fra København centrum. Der er skov og strand indenfor cykelafstand. Der er indkøbs og restaurant muligheder indenfor cykel og gå afstand. Vi gør opmærksom på at vi har en meget venlig hund som kan være i haven når vi er hjemme
