A double storey, luxuriously decorated private villa, located in a 4-acre estate. It is perfect for both winter and summer escapes. Surrounded by trees, it is entirely secluded from the surrounding properties (which are very few). Furthermore, the house is big enough that you can enjoy quiet moments even in a big group. Pet friendly! Guests under 6 years old do not pay (so do not include them in the total number of guests when booking). Also suitable for event hosting (e.g. wedding receptions).

This superb luxury villa with unlimited sea-view is located at Neos Voutzas, a quiet place close to the sea. Ideal for families or small groups from 12 up to 16 persons. It is very close to Nea Makri, Rafina and Marathon, quite populated places in summer time, very attractive for swimming, good food and night life. Villa Dimitra is a detached family home on an 8 hectar big property. It is close to the Attiki Odos, to the port of Rafina and the airport. However it is still a very quite neighbourhood without any traffic. Our vistiors can take the bus lines 314, 319 but also the metro and suburban train from the station Pallini, which is only 5 km away. This gives them the opportunity to visit the city center of Athens as well as its suburbs. Beaches, shops and sights are easily accessible by car.
