The house offers two queen bedrooms and two full bathrooms, laundry, reading nook, fully stocked kitchen, linens, towels, beach cart, yard games & so much more. The 'Outhouse' is attached to the deck and is a separate space to hangout, watch movies & use the PS4. There is everything you need at the Mermaid Cottage!

We've caught drum, flounder, shrimp, etc. Master has a king nectar bed and an amazing view of the water from the picture windows. 3 miles to beach, 13 miles to Aquarium, & 13 miles to Camp Lejeune. We are only a 3 minute walk to several shops and restaurants including a seafood market as well as an ice cream parlor. Slightly down the road you can enjoy mini golf, go carts as well as bumper boats.

Our waterfront paradise sits on a point on Queens Creek with a 180-degree view of the quarter-mile-wide estuary, just upriver from the Intracoastal Waterway and 5 miles from the ocean. We’ve rehabbed a 1959 fishing cottage, 2 bed, 2 bath surrounded by glass w/ kitchen and living facing the water.
