Huset ligger praktisk plassert, kun 30 miutter kjøretid fra Bergen sentrum. 40 minutter til Bergen lufthavn Flesland. Stedet er et ideelt utgangspunkt for fjellturer, for å utforske Bergen og fjordene, eller kun nyte fred og ro og fjordutsikt på Norges største innlandsøy. Flåm, Voss, Hardanger og Trolltunga er i dagsturavstand.

Welcome to the historic Bergen house, dating back to around 1780, located in the charming Sandviken area just a stone's throw from the bustling city center among local residents. You'll have the entire house to yourself, complete with a cozy outdoor terrace. The property is secluded from street noise, tucked away in a small alley. Its convenient location offers easy access to supermarkets, a bus stop, hiking trails, and city bike parking. Additionally, you can find paid street parking nearby.

KG12 is a fantastic property in the absolute hearth of Bergen City, overlooking the beautiful "Lille Lungegaards lake". You will have full access to the whole downstairs apartment of 125m2 in total. 3 bedrooms and a large living room stands at your disposal. Outside you have your own private backyard with lots of outdoor games. From the pier you can fish, rent boat or swim. There is a 98l freezer box where you can store the fish you catch or any other food. Through our boat rental company, we are a lisenced fish camp. This means you can export up to 18kg of fish per fisherman with you out of Norway.

Tre doble soverom. Leiligheten er urban, men veldig koselig. Stort kjøkken som vil samle dere for et herlig måltid, om det lages selv eller take away fra en av byens restauranter. Sofaen er rommelig og innbyr til avslappende kvelder foran TV’en. Tre soverom, alle med nye dobbeltsenger. Ett lekkert bad med dusj. I tillegg vaskemaskin og tørketrommel. Heis i bygningen, men det er 4 trappetrinn opp til heis. Veldig hyggelige naboer. Her vil en garantert trives !

Pocket House

Originally built in 1792, this Pocket House was once named "Smallest House in Bergen" by the local media. Situated in calm Sandviken the city center is a 5 minute bus ride or a 10 minute bike ride away. The nearest bus stop is a short 2 minute walk, and there is also a city bike parking spot practically right outside the house. Whether you want to experience Bergen by sea or Bergen by mountain this house is well situated to accommodate both.

The apartment is located in Ytre Arna with a nice view over the fjord. It is located 20mins by car from the center of Bergen. The busstop is 3 minutes away and you can get to the City in 30 to 40min by bus. We can help you plan your transport from the airport. There is a big garden and a park close to the appartment. We also have a private parking place for you. There are nice hiking possibilities here and on the way to the fjords/Hardanger.
