Luxury barn conversion attached to our house. Situated close to the A494 for easy access to Snowdonia National Park but set in an acre of gardens surrounded by open countryside . There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. This majestic retreat is where you can unwind, relax and recharge, with full access to the BBQ area and on site sauna. If sitting back is not for you there are several local country walks and attractions. By car Wrexham is just 5 minutes away, Chester 25 minutes and if you fancy a day in Liverpool, it’s only an hour away.

Barlwyd Off-Grid Glamping

Experience the ultimate getaway in our off-grid Shepherd's Huts next to Barlwyd Lake. Wake up to breathtaking views of Ffestiniog's mountains, quarries, and valleys. The huts are for two people and furnished with a king-size bed, a kitchenette, and an en-suite bathroom. The interiors are cosy and bright, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay. You'll have access to the Wilderness Sauna, (don't forget to book a session!). Each hut comes with its own off-road electric golf buggy.

Get away from it all in a spectacular location, all to yourselves, on our wild upland farm. This is camping made easy in a comfortable shepherds hut with breathtaking views, amazing sunsets and plenty of birdsong. Basic facilities include a fire pit, cold water shower, pot washing sink and composting toilet. No wi-fi, just peace to enjoy the natural world. You can also take a guided walk with our Shetland Ponies and discover how we are combining farming with nature conservation.

Gwenlli Shepherds Hut

Here is our newly completed shepherds Hut -Gwenlli a welsh name that depicts the view of Bardsey Island on the horizon. Situated in a peaceful corner of our field, nestled in the hills above the small village of Talybont in Snowdonia. Overlooking cardigan bay and boasting panaramic views from the Snowdon mountain range in the north to witnessing a memorable sunset over the Lleyn peninsula with a drink in your hand whilst relaxing in the easy to use electric jacuzzi hot tub.

Traditional Grade 2 listed farm house dating back to the 18th century, has been recently restored to its former glory with a tradition but also modern feel. Four spacious bedrooms with 1 of them with a king size double bed, including a en suite, a double bed, single bedroom and another bedroom with a 3/4 bed. A large family bathroom with a roll top bath and large shower separate, two living rooms, dinning room, kitchen, utility room and downstairs bathroom .

Off Grid unique Panoramic Dome, sleeping 2 adults.Double bed, log burner & amazing views. As you enter your quirky dome, you’ll be tempted to dive into the double bed and devour those views! You’ll also find comfy seating – the ideal spot for a cup of tea .Simply yet effectively furnished, the space reinforces the sense that this is a sanctuary. Derfel Pod

With stunning views of Llyn Celyn, this glamping pod comes with everything you need for a relaxing or adventurous break. Located in Eryri National Park there are endless trails that can be explored or if it’s a relaxing break you need, drink in the views from the hot tub in this peaceful area of North Wales. It was built for end of 2023. There are 2 pods on site which are almost identical so if this one isn’t available on your date, check Celyn Pod.
