The house is located in an area of Tuscany called 'GARFAGNANA' (CHIOZZA - Castiglione G.na), located at 800 mt. The last 6 km are of good mountain road but uphill and with curves. It is a recently restored stone farmhouse with a heated pool that can also be used in spring and autumn and a hot tub up to 36 degrees. The house is structured on 3 levels, ideal for family vacations and relaxing days. It is facing SOUTH and you can enjoy a wonderful view of the picturesque mountains the Apuan Alps.-

A charming little house on two levels with large terraces & land full of fruit trees. Fully fenced and dog-friendly. Fantastic views to seaward; Lerici, Portovenere and the islands. Landward, the Apuane and Apennine mountains form a stunning backdrop to the Magra valley & river. Olive trees, vines & random art pieces are scattered about.
