Our studio is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, families with one kid and animals lovers. The 35sq meters studio is on a very calm hill, surrounded by a protected area (Natura 2000) (no concrete street), about 2 km from Afantou beach. A Medieval/Turkish building with a 300 sq. m garden, hidden by medieval walls inside the Old Town, Unesco's World Heritage site. Ένας ζεστός χώρος , σε απόσταση μόλις 10 μέτρων από την θάλασσα σας περιμένει για να φιλοξενήσει τις πιο ευχάριστες καλοκαιρινές σας διακοπές στην Ρόδο.Η εξοχική κατοικία περιλαμβάνει έναν ενιαίο χώρο κουζίνας και καθιστικού , ένα δωμάτιο με κουκέτα, ντουλάπα και βιβλιοθήκη , ιδανικό για παιδικό δωμάτιο.Επίσης διαθέτει έναν σοφά που μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει από 2 έως 4 άτομα και τέλος ένα μπάνιο με ντουζιέρα.

Magnificent view with a large courtyard in front of the house, the sea is about 5 meters away. The indoor space is 90 sq.m and the local area is quiet. The ground floor of the house includes a kitchen , a bathroom and a living room with a sofa-bed . The first floor has a large bedroom with a large bed for two people and a second bedroom with two single beds. Also there is a small restroom.

Το Blue House βρίσκεται στην άκρη της παραλίας Στεγνά , μόλις 20 μέτρα μακριά από την θάλασσα .Είναι ιδανικό για ήρεμες , γαλήνιες διακοπές τόσο για ένα ζευγάρι όσο και για μια οικογένεια με ένα ή δύο μικρά παιδιά . Μπορείτε να απολαύσετε την ιδιωτικότητα που παρέχει η θέση του σπιτιού και συνάμα τις ανέσεις που παρέχει η περιοχή , όπως θαλάσσια σπορ , ταβέρνες, καφέ και μίνι μάρκετ .
