The cottage has been fully modernised and combines traditional character with modern facilities. Putsborough beach a 2 mile stretch of sand is a 1.4 mile drive down a country lane or a 25 minute walk across fields. Croyde village is 1.6 miles drive The Kings Arms and 17th century Rock Inn serving fine pub food are 1 minute and a 4 minute walk away.

Dummett Cottage is a Grade 2 listed 3 bedroom fishing cottage with an incredible garden backing directly onto the Taw-Torridge estuary. Sit on the patio and watch beautiful sunsets over the Atlantic as fishing boats and yachts sail by. Set on one of Appledore's oldest streets, and dating from around 1700, Dummett Cottage is one of the original houses built in Appledore. From the inglenook fireplace to the exposed beams and arches, this cottage is full of character and history.

The Net Loft Croyde is the epitome of a stylish Coastal holiday home with hot tub located in the heart of Croyde only a few minutes’ walk to the world class surfing beaches and seconds from the village centre. and close to local restaurants and pubs, making it an ideal holiday rental for couples. Please note it is not always possible to have the hot tub ready for use on the first night as it takes 24 hours to empty, clean, fill and heat.

Oaktree Cottage

Oaktree Cottage is set in a delightfully private, wooded location. 15 minutes gentle stroll from Instow beach and the lovely pubs and restaurants on the front. The Tarka Trail is accessible in 10 minutes on foot with Bideford and Barnstaple easily accessible by car. We accept one well behaved dog and you will find the beach and all the pubs and restaurants in Instow are equally as dog friendly.
