Villa Rosa is a beautiful neoclassical style property situated in the Pitini area of Symi. Its fabulous position means it offers stunning views of Yialos harbour, the Aegean sea and the Island of Nimos. In addition there are two couches with bed function. There is a new fully equipped kitchen with two dining tables. 2 bathrooms with WC/Shower, and a air condition.

Recently and lovingly renovated two bedroom family home, completed in summer 2023. Beautiful and characterful with incredible views across the unique island of Symi - sea, sky, mountain and village. Perfect for solo, couple and family escapes, with a great location in the Chorio village, in a secluded spot but only a 3 minute walk to the main village square with a shop, bakery, cafe, restaurants and bars. The house is both peaceful and stylish.

Toula's apartment anoi

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. There are 2 double beds, a living room, a fully- equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The two single beds are in the living room area and the double bed is located on a higher level accessible by a few stairs. The apartment is very comfortable for families, friends or couples. It overlooks the entire island and it is 10 minutes on foot away from the city centre (shops and restaurants) and the harbour.

A fresh renovation took place in 2022. Brand new kitchen and bathroom, brand new furniture and new design of the space. The house includes the living room which is also the dining room and the two sofas are sofa beds. Next room, is the kitchen and master bedroom and bathroom. The gem of the house is the balcony with an amazing view.
