Forest Floor Guesthouse

The lower level of our Jewel Lake Home with a separate entry, and fun backyard. This is a recent remodel; an eclectic space with vintage wood ceilings and a blend of industrial+ modern detailing. We are 5 minute drive from the airport, and guests can enjoy Alaskan wilderness right from this space. A forested trail system lies right behind our house for walking and biking. Guests may collect eggs from our chickens, use our forest-side hot tub, stoke the firepit, or use paddle boards at Sand Lake.

Convenient for Anchorage area activities/adventures and a great staging location for day trips north or south.

A peaceful & unique retreat just minutes from hiking trails, lakes, winter skiing, & access to Chugach State Park. This property offers wi-fi, large TVs, a full kitchen, open living space, washer/dryer, & private bedroom with blackout curtains. Enjoy a wrap-around deck with outdoor dining & forested pathway to fireplace overlooking the creek. Winter use requires AWD/4WD vehicle.

This newly renovated cottage is in a downtown setting yet out of the bustle of busy city streets. It has a great view of the inlet and port, ands sits above the railyard. The bedroom has a KING size cool foam mattress and full bathroom with shower. On chilly nights enjoy an electric fireplace while cooking in the fully equipped kitchen. The large backyard has a deck with table and chairs, as well as a firepit. There is a desk to work at and high-speed wifi internet, plus a free parking space.

Come and enjoy this quiet MIL apt with views of the gorgeous Alaska Range, catch a glimpse of Mt Redoubt, an active volcano and watch the sun glisten off of Cook Inlet! You'll love the large open space, full kitchen including many condiments so cooking is easy ~ great for the end of the day regrouping. We have four acres & several gardens to enjoy. Entrance through garage door. Private MIL apt separated from main house by a breezeway full of Alaska stuffed animals. You will love it here!

The Johnson House Cottage

The cottage is a secluded guesthouse in a friendly neighborhood with spectacular views of the Knik Glacier and river. This retreat has room for up to four guests. It is an open floor plan with a double bed on the ground floor and twin beds in an upstairs loft. The kitchen has an induction cooktop, refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave. Propane BBQ on the deck and bathroom with a shower. Our cottage is not visible from the parking area so self check-in is not an option.

Cozy South Anchorage unit is a 2br/1ba. 9 minutes from Dimond Mall, 12 minutes from airport, 12 minutes from Providence Medical Center, and 40 minutes from Alyeska Ski Resort/Spa •Your unit is shared walls/ceiling with other tenants so may hear other tenants in the building •Security cameras are in use on the front driveway and main entrance in order to protect with any safety issues (**Not inside the unit**) Please remember NO SMOKING of any kind inside of unit.

Conveniently located in the historic Government Hill neighborhood, near restaurants, greenbelts & scenic areas, and a People Mover (bus stop route 41 - couple of blocks away) It is great for a tranquil getaway right in the heart of the city, only 1.5 miles away from Downtown and the Alaska Railroad Depot, 7.5 miles away from the airport and a minute drive from the military base (JBER - Government Hill gate)
