Full galley. Linens and towels provided. It is disinfected before your arrival. Extra person $50/day agreed prior. Centre bed $50 for stay. This accommodation is for the boat at the dock only. This ferrocement boat Later Gator was made in Sweden in 1973. That’s right! It’s made of concrete! The boat circumnavigated the globe twice before eventually ending up here in sunny Sanford FL. We spent 2 years completely renovating everything and tried to leave as much of the boat’s original personality intact while adding modern amenities. Laundry facilities, showers and restrooms, diner, and marina store all on site, and downtown historic Sanford and river walk close by.

THIS LISTING IS FOR ACCOMODATIONS ONLY; BOAT MAY NOT BE DRIVEN! Forward cabin has bunk beds. Aft cabin has a queen bed. Fully equipped galley (kitchen) with 2-burner cook top, microwave/oven, fridge, toaster oven and Keurig. Boat has WIFI, heat, AC and hot water!

Enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay on my sailboat "Delirio" ( 28 ft) anchored in secluded Bahia Concepción. The ocean waves will rock you to sleep while you enjoy the beautiful night sky. The morning sun will wake you up just in time, if you are lucky, to catch a glimpse of the curious dolphins swimming by the bay. It truly is an experience like no other! But if you’re less adventurous, ask me for options.

A one-of-a-kind experience for those who want to enjoy Miami from a different perspective. Can accommodate up to two people, includes a basic toilet and freshwater. The boat is anchored in Biscayne Bay, which allows you to view the Miami skyline from a distance. You'll be in the famous Coconut Grove area. I will be taking you from the dinghy dock to the boat. Two kayaks are included for guests.
