If you love the outdoors, you will find something amazing to do throughout the year. We are close to both BYU & UVU campuses. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and close to grocery stores and restaurants. Free parking. Just across the street is a paved walking/running/biking trail. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to prepare meals during your stay.

ENTIRE suite with full kitchen, comfy beds, fast Wi-Fi, and space to relax. Light household sounds upstairs 7 AM–10 PM. No parties or events. One bathroom keeps this spacious retreat a great value. The Pickleball Manor

Our cozy 1,400 sq.ft suite, at the foot of the Wasatch Mountain range, is excellent for business travel, vacations, and exploring the magnificent great outdoors of Utah. We also have all things pickleball! We have 2 courts with lights and over 200 demo paddles four gusts to use. This full apartment basement suite is beneath the main floor of our home. We do have young children however, we do our best to ensure guests enjoy a peaceful stay and guarantee quiet hours from 10pm-7am.
