Our spacious caretaker space offers a clean, cozy place to stay, close to the slopes. It is a basement or garden level space with two egress windows and it's own entrance. Our location is exceptional, half-way between the gondola and City Market grocery. In winter, the free Purple bus line to the gondola stops at the end of our driveway. In summer, relax on your private patio, or explore our one acre property. We live above the space.

Just steps to the gondola, the Sunset Retreat is the perfect location to host your Steamboat Springs adventure! This newly renovated studio offers high end finishes, a queen size murphy bed, with an additional queen size sleeper sofa located in the living room.
