All host and business owners spend tons of money and time to be able to provide services or share our properties. 1 star reviews nowadays are based off of emotion, not facts. Miss Laura’s Cottage | Pond, Porch & Sleeps 4

Located on 11 acres this cottage provides one of the most peaceful and relaxing locations around. Situated on a one acre pond and surrounded by long leaf pine woods, it is hard to imagine that it is actually located in the city limits of Jesup. The interior is all tongue and groove pine with cathedral ceilings and has an amazing walk in shower. The screened front porch will quickly become one of your favorite sitting areas. Miss Laura’s Cottage has one king bed and a sleeper sofa.

Cabin Retreat, Ohoopee River

Enjoy the majestic views from this Cypress Cabin on the banks of the Ohoopee River. Run your toes through the sugary white sand while sunning on your own private sand bar beach. Then dip into the water to cool off the summer sun warmth. Don't forget your fishing pole. Enjoy canoeing and kayking on the Ohoopee River. Or enjoy reading a book on the large porch and soak in the peace and quiet over looking the river. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

The Pond House on Rock Hill Farm

Our picturesque 100 acre farm setting offers a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature! Guests love sitting on the porch swing to watch the sunset or farmers work the field. The cabin is perfect for retreats, family vacations, getaways, and honeymoons. Unwind in our cozy pond house and enjoy the beauty of the countryside. The pond house is within minutes of Rock Hill Barn, The Collins Family Barn, Georgia Southern University, Vidalia Onion Festival and Splash in the Boro.

Drift Away

This riverside retreat offers fishing, kayaking, or just relaxing on the porch and listen to the river run. There is a public boat ramp a few hundred yards away. Jack Hill State Park and Golf Course is just 8.7 miles away. Phone reception is poor unless you enable WiFi calling. This is a simple, but clean and cozy cabin. It isn’t the Hilton, but people seem to love it and we love staying here as often we can. Come fish, relax, and explore!

Highwater Hideaway Ohoopee River Cabin

Need to get away from it all for a few days? Perfect couples getaway. Beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 bath cottage with a sleeping loft nestled on 30 acres bordered by a beautiful freshwater creek and offering private UTV/ATV trail leading to private sandbar access. The majority of wood used in construction of this cabin was hand milled on site. Convenient location in proximity to Vidalia, Lyons, Metter and Statesboro.

The Emerald Forrest Swamp Cabin

The cabin is situated on cypress wetlands. The view from the windows is like waking up in the Emerald Forest. The king sized bed is very comfortable and the large tub is beautiful and absolutely luxurious! Perfect for long bubble baths or epsom salt bath soaks for detoxing and soaking away aches. The cabin is beautiful and is ideal for nature lovers, artists, writers, or anyone needing a relaxing get away.

Peaceful Cabin w/ Large Lake and pool - 132 acres.

Enjoy a relaxing getaway at this 132-acre estate with 4 private lakes on the Satilla River. Conveniently located 30 minutes from Brunswick and 40 minutes from St Simons Island and Jekyll Island. Our log cabin is a fabulous getaway! As soon as you walk in, you know you have escaped to a peaceful retreat with high ceilings and a large master bedroom. Outside is a wonderful fire pit with swinging chairs, perfect for enjoying a relaxing fire with your loved ones. And the 2-person hot tub is perfect for chilly nights with a glass of wine.
