Ground-floor apartment of traditional Cycladic style, in the heart of the settlement of Parikia. Ideally situated, it offers tranquility and relaxation, and convenient central location. In walking distance: all the interesting sight (old market, frankish castle), bakery, shops. The sea is at a few meters distance from the house, and in 2 minutes you can reach the sea-side street, where you can enjoy the sunset view. The port, the bus station and the taxi stand are at 3 minutes’ distance on foot.

All seasons Suite located very close to the city centre and Saint George Beach, really spacious and comfortable, according to the cycladic style decoration with plenty facilities. Due to the Corona Virus pandemic our main aim is the health and safety of our guests. At the time when GCH was a lively farm, “Rosy Ipostatiko”; along with its twin "Velvet Ipostatiko", were serving as warehouses for the storage of the farm's production. Today, they have been converted into two picturesque Cycladic studios, which can perfectly accommodate couples which seek romance, relaxation, privacy and comfort, as well as young parents!

The apartment is located right at the center of Paroikia, inside of the old market street, giving you access to almost anywhere. The port is just 4 to 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment, so are the parking lots, the bus station, numerous stores, coffee shops, bars, bakeries and supermarkets for your groceries shopping.
