The shops, supermarkets , cafes, restaurants/bars, take aways and fast foods are 1km walk. We only offer a quiet , comfortable room to stay in - Parties, visitors and binge drinking are not allowed. We provide sachets of tea, coffee and hot chocolate, but no breakfast food.

This Balinese inspired apartment with views over the pacific ocean from both the living area and bedroom, only steps from the beach, cafes and in close proximity of two other beaches, wonderful walks, the boat ramp, a golf course, village markets, wineries and so much more. This is a flat downstairs. We are on a quiet street, not far from Bus Stops, the Beach, Browns Bay, Long Bay, North Harbour Stadium, Albany Mall, and Massey University. There is a small Patio area outside this unit with its own Barbeque. This unit has a fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster and electric non stick frypan. Television, with Netflix, and free wifi.
