Arrangements can be made for access Jan-Aug months simply include this request in your stay and enjoy the great outdoors all day and relax by the fireplace at night.

Located on Lake Champlain, right on the Alburgh Passage, near public boat ramps, full-service marinas, and Alburgh Dunes State Park, the Aurora House features four private bedrooms, one and a half baths, a living room, dining room, fully-equipped kitchen, TV, a gas fireplace and much more. Right across the street are your private dock and beach area. One hour from BTV! Please note that this home uses a well water system. It is treated with an injection system and then filtered. Newly renovated 600 square foot house features a heat pump, WIFI, new flooring fresh paint, and comfortable furniture to kick back and relax in. We have a fully stocked kitchen, a 40 inch TV with Roku, a gas grill and all linens and towels are included. Boat launch and Alburg Sand Beach (the dunes) is about 3 minutes as well. Harborside Market has all the essentials. Explore the local restaurant scene. Visit The North Hero House, Shore Acres or The Blue Paddle for a delicious meal.

Lakefront Cottage: Gorgeous views great fishing

Enjoy this lovely lakefront cottage situated on Lake Champlain with expansive views and a 'two cups of coffee' sunrise. Situated on a private dead end road, this 3 bed 1 bath home offers 85' of lake front on Alburgh's east shore and a boat launch a mile away, enjoy all the lake has to offer. Single level ranch style home with an open floor plan allowing for a feeling of togetherness with family and friends. All rooms are equipped with heat and AC. Bedrooms also have ceiling fans.

Lakefront Comfort

Enjoy the relaxing ambiance of private waterfront home on beautiful Lake Champlain. The home was originally constructed in 1840 by the family for whom our bay is named. The lakeside fire pit & patio are a great place to chill by the water. There are 3 King bedrooms, a trundle bed (2 twins) and 1 bedroom with 2 twins. One King bedroom with walk in shower is on the first first floor. We have a 1/2 bath on the first floor and 2 full baths on the second floor. No large parties.

1860 Farmhouse

Enjoy a restful getaway at The 1860 Farmhouse. We purchased the farmhouse in 2018 from a family that had done extensive renovations to the interior. Keeping true to its historic roots, the farmhouse offers modern amenities in a historic setting. A convenient location close to Jay Peak and Smuggler's Notch, and many Vermont and Quebec attractions within an easy drive. Swiss and Bloom wedding venue and Phoenix Manor are close by. The house is 6 bedrooms and sleeps 12 people.
