Located on a lifestyle block this private unit has everything you need and is only 5 minutes drive to Three Parks or 10 minutes into the heart of Wanaka. Location is between Wanaka and the airport, only a minute or two drive to the lavender farm. The unit is attached to our shed, it has 1 bedroom, bathroom and an open plan kitchen/dining/lounge with excellent indoor outdoor flow. Owned by a young family, please make sure you’re ok with hearing kids and sounds that come from a rural environment

Local amenities, takeout, groceries, Pembroke Patisserie and laundromat close by. A few minutes drive to the Three Parks Retail Park and Lake Wānaka.

The cabin is situated behind our house yet has its own private garden and deck area. Enjoy this semi rural one acre setting yet it is just 4 km to the centre of Wanaka.
