Waterfront Cabin on Big Lake: Hot Tub & Sauna

Join us at Alaska's Year-Round Playground! Enjoy the beauty of Mt. McKinley & Sleeping Lady right outside your front door. With this dog friendly property, the whole family can relax & make great memories together! We also rent: (summer) Pontoon Boats, Jet Ski's, Kayaks, Paddle Boards. (winter) Snowmachines! Sleep comfy on the beds made up w/ nice linens in our prime location! Relax in a chair, sit by the fire, take a hot tub, sauna, catch a fish or just watch the sunset or the Northern Lights.

The Denali Penthouse offers a comforting and private suite overlooking Scotty Lake in Trapper Creek, Alaska. Our summer guests enjoy lake access and are provided with paddle boards, kayaks, and peddle boats.

Forest Yurt has all of the spirit of an off-grid forest yurt, in a quiet Anchorage neighborhood, 5 mins from airport. This 16' partial off-grid unit is wood stove heated (cut wood included), or guests can use a space heater. Comfortable full bed. Basic kitchenette amenities available: microwave, hot plate, tools, pans. No plumbing; sink and toilet are an eco- friendly Boxio system. Next to a forested park with trails. Enjoy the hot tub, collect fresh chicken eggs, and breathe forest air!

Our spacious deck overlooks the lake with built-in seating. Kayak or paddleboard, chill around the propane fire pit or cuddle up inside with the woodstove (supplemental, cabin has a forced air furnace!) 2 bedrooms, small room has a King bed, larger room has 2 Queen beds. Get ready to RELAX, you're on lake time!

The views from the large windows and deck are stunning. Try some fishing, skating, kayaking, swimming or walk the trails. Grilling on the deck or a bonfire ( ask for firewood) overlooking the lake are great evening activities. Not the outdoor type, you’ll find this a peaceful place to unwind. Located 13 miles from Wasilla makes this spot ideal as your hub to exploring Alaska. We are happy to host your pets(dogs only) pets not allowed in any beds. Excessive pet hair will be charged $50.

Rustic Lakefront log cabin with a private outdoor steam room (*) on a quiet, non-motorized lake near the Big Lake recreation area and on the way to Denali. Warm up in the steam room after a day of exploring. Kayak and paddle boat right from the dock (June–September), firepit, and watch for moose, cranes, and swans passing through the yard. Kitchen with bar seating, private lake access, and peaceful nature all around. Sleeps 5 comfortably, up to 7.

But we're just moments from the Seward Highway. Guests have access to the wood fired lakefront sauna and hot tub. Pet friendly.
